In his speech at the 36th Association of Banks of Singapore Annual Dinner, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong noted that the AXA University Asia Pacific Campus and the SMU-Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics were established last year to contribute to enhancing Singapore's intellectual capacity in the financial sector.
