Polytechnic students and their parents were pleased with the Government's plan to bring in more foreign universities to offer degrees tailored for polytechnic graduates. Some parents are concerned that if the universities brought in are not good, the graduates will lose out in the job market to those coming out of NUS, NTU and SMU.
