Singapore must be ready for post-crisis order
Education Minister Dr Ng Eng Hen was speaking at the second ministerial forum hosted by SMU, and said that Singapore has to adopt several strategies including developing new technologies, intellectual property to emerge at the head of the pack when the dust clears.
