The Committee on the Expansion of the University Sector's (CEUS) proposal for a new university has received the nod from the International Academic Advisory Panel (IAAP). The IAAP said it is confident that it will be able to draw in talent given Singapore's experience in setting up the Singapore Management University as its third university.
