Developing applications to make food 'tastier' for cancer patients, Newbie boss wins female entrepreneurship competition

The Women in Entrepreneurship Incubator, powered by SMU's Lien Centre for Social Innovation and Standard Chartered Bank, provides female youth-led startups and aspiring entrepreneurs with training, mentoring, and seed funding. Up to 20 women entrepreneurs went through a series of masterclasses, mentorship, and prepared a pitch to secure seed funding for their startups. The winners were announced during the final pitch held at SMU on 7 March 2024.
