Motivated by his university graduation project, SMU alumnus Pang Zhan Hao founded Dive Analytics in 2017, specialising in educational technology to alleviate the administrative burden on teachers. Zhan Hao observed that both local and foreign schools execute administrative tasks in traditional, time-consuming ways. Dive Analytics initially provided solutions for timetable scheduling, new student registration, and substitute teacher arrangements. Over time, they expanded to include identification and early warning solutions for student mental health and records of teachers' continuous professional development. The company's co-founder and Chief Operations Officer, SMU alumnus Roy Ong, joined in 2022, contributing to its growth. Dive Analytics aims to raise SGD500,000 for overseas expansion in the next six months.
