Q3 orders for F&B outlets increased, consumer satisfaction for coffeeshops fell from last year

The SMU Institute of Service Excellence released the 2021 third quarter (Q3) Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) results for the Food & Beverage and Tourism sectors. The report revealed that in Q3 this year, orders for F&B outlets had increased, but overall consumer satisfaction for coffeeshops had fallen from last year. It also noted a rising trend of middle-aged Singaporeans visiting local landmarks in the recent period.
