The number of passengers increased during the reopening and the public's satisfaction with public transportation was worse than during the Circuit Breaker

The SMU Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) released the 2020 second quarter (Q2) Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) research findings for the Air Transport and Land Transport sectors. Head of Research and Consulting at ISE, Mr Chen Yongchang, explained that after the reopening, the public returned to the office to go to work. Therefore, the number of bus passengers was higher than during the Circuit Breaker, resulting in a slight decline in passenger experience.
