Consider allowing no-fault divorce to remove blame game when couples split

In a commentary, SMU Professor of Law Chan Wing Cheong discussed the approach of current non-muslim divorce law, and its consequences. He opined that the way forward might be to consider allowing a no-fault divorce, so as to remove acrimony and to help families heal after a marriage breakdown.
