Aaron Yoong, who is one of SMU’s top law graduates, related how he has benefited from studying law at SMU – from having his work published in top academic journals and taking part in international mooting competitions to making representations before the parliamentary Select Committee on Deliberate Online Falsehoods last year. He is also grateful to SMU for providing bursaries to cover about half of his tuition fees throughout his four years of studies, thus alleviating the financial burden for his parents.
