SMU undergraduate Chen Jun Hao is the founder of The Mentoring Circle. It is a student-run club, which not only widens students' networks, but also equips them with information and updates that they need, by matching them with alumni, so as to give them additional support before they join the working world. The club, which was set up two years ago, now has around 60 members, and an archive with over 23,000 leads that can provide support and resources to graduating students.
