An advisory board was recently formed for the SMU MSc in Wealth Management (MWM) programme comprising industry veterans and faculty members, with the aim of enhancing the programme’s curriculum. The MWM degree programme at SMU is ranked first in Asia and third globally by the Financial Times. Members of the board include Professor of Finance Francis Koh from the Lee Kong Chian School of Business who is also currently the board’s secretary as well as Director of the MWM programme. He noted that wealth management has become increasingly complex and demanding since the programme’s inception 14 years ago and the need for an advisory board to help provide strategic input, guidance and offer advice on developing cutting edge curriculum. Chairing the board is Mr Tee Fong Seng, who also chairs the EFG Advisory Board for Asia.
