She aims to help companies make data-driven decisions with the availability of technology. She noted that many small and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore are facing similar technology-driven transitions and her research is also being applied to financial markets, particularly in studying how info-communication technology has penetrated mobile payments and technology investment decision making.
