At the 7th Ho Rih Hwa Leadership in Asia Public Lecture organised by SMU, Prime Minister Mr Lee Hsien Loong stated that Singapore has to continue to upgrade itself in terms of productivity in the next decade, so that it will have the resources to make investments in its people.
