The Greek crisis: wild cards and the Russian connection

In a commentary, SMU Adjunct Faculty Joergen Oerstroem Moeller wrote about the Greek crisis and how, in opinion polls, the majority is in favour of membership of the European Union. He also discussed three possible surprise scenarios. The first one is an obscure result in the Greek referendum with a low turnout and a fifty-fifty vote, which will amount to a stalemate. The second is that Greece returns to sign a deal with the creditors, and the third one is the possibility of Greece securing loans from Russia.
