In a special feature, SMU Executive Development Executive Director Steve Wyatt highlighted that SMU’s Office of Executive Development draws from over 60 years of learning and behaviour change research in the design of its executive programmes, and from their experience with supporting over 4,000 executives each year. Mr Wyatt detailed four design elements for delivering transformational executive development journeys – the 4Ps of Process, Person, Psychology and Peers – which will enhance any development programme when used wisely.
