In an interview, SMU third-year business student Anton Chan shared how he was attracted to the HR industry and what he hopes to achieve in his future career. He said that his inclination towards the needs of others and passion for roles in mentorship and teaching compelled him to pursue Organisational Behaviour and HR as his first major in SMU. He shared that having been exposed to the role of a HR business partner through his internship attachment with Far East Organisation, he aspires to take on the role in the future.
