In an interview, SMU Professor of Public Policy Ann Florini explained why it was time to launch a master degree in tri-sector collaboration. She helped develop the Master of Tri-Sector Collaboration programme at the University to train professionals on the partnership mind-set, and how to better understand and explore how each sector is taught to think.
