In a commentary, Singapore Environment Council Executive Director Jose Raymond cited SMU’s Master in Tri-Sector Collaboration as one of the two programmes that would be useful for the leaders of Non-Governmental Organisations. He said that as it is critical for civil society leaders to raise their capabilities because of the increasing need for tri-sector collaborations and strategic foresight, it is only right these leaders be given the opportunities to do so through professional courses.
