Visitors give the thumbs up

On the latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore conducted by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU, both the food & beverage, and tourism sectors notched up record scores. However, if this is not reflected by the average Singaporean's experience, it would be because this year's improvement was powered almost entirely by a surge in the satisfaction reported by tourists.
