Customer satisfaction results

The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) has completed its second quarterly survey for its consumer service index and the transport and logistics sectors have seen significant developments. Changi Airport, in particular, has outdone itself with a score of 85.5 out of 100, the highest score seen in seven years. Overall, the sector rose 4.37 points to 72.7. The gap between what the public expects and the perception of the quality they are receiving has dropped to zero compared to last year. ISES Academic Director Marcus Lee commented that the good thing about the rate is that while expectations have not dropped, the perceptions of the quality they are receiving has essentially levelled up to what their expectations were in 2012.
