Desmond Choo will leave NTUC for private sector end of this month

On Desmond Choo leaving NTUC for the private sector at the end of May, SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan said that, in light of the current situation, Mr Heng Chee How may be promoted to the post of Secretary-General.
