Is it possible to be truly race-blind?

How integrated are we as Singaporeans? Do we truly accept and respect each other in spite of our ethnic differences? Or are we merely tolerating each other? Are we integrated in so far as we all observe the values of racial and religious harmony we have been taught to observe? What does being race-blind really mean? Do we have to be race-conscious in order to be race blind? SMU Assistant Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan sat on the discussion panel and shared his thoughts on the matter.
