Teo Ser Luck: Companies should maintain sustained productivity before allowing pay rise
Panellists at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) Budget Forum gave their views on the new Budget measures. On the Wage Credit Scheme (WCS), SMU Professor of Accounting (Practice) Sum Yee Loong said that it was very generous of the Government to bear 40 per cent of the increment.
