Not all black and white bungalows are conserved buildings
There are about 500 black and white bungalows managed by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) currently. Out of the 40 black and white bungalows rented out by SLA to JTC, one of them is being used by SMU’s Human Capital Leadership Institute.
