On the controversy revolving around PAP’s Action Information Management (AIM), SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented that even though not many people were paying attention to the issue, it concerned public interest and should not be treated lightly. He said that clarifying the matter would allow people to better understand how town councils operate. AIM should also describe the relevant systems in place and experience it has, for people to examine questions of efficiency.
