MRT disruptions in December still fresh in memory

The MRT breakdown last December remained fresh in the minds of those surveyed in the CSISG by ISES. The satisfaction rating of the MRT system dropped 6 points to 61.9 points. The breakdowns last year and the subsequent inquiry were considered to be the main factor for the drop. The increase in ridership due to the population increase was another contributing factor to the dissatisfaction among the public.
