Ms Grace Fu, formerly Senior Minister of State, has been promoted to Minister in the Prime Minister's Office. She will also be Second Minister for Environment and Water Resources and Foreign Affairs. SMU Assistant Professor of Law and Nominated MP Eugene Tan said that her promotion was “not a question of whether, but when”, given that since the General Election last year there has not been a woman in the Cabinet.
