Developing Global Leaders with an Asian Focus

SMU Associate Professor Thomas Menkhoff at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business wrote that there is an urgent need for aspiring corporate leaders in the East and West who want to succeed in Asia to develop a broader range of skills in line with the globalising business environment, and that mastering mindfulness will ensure that more Asians successfully claim leadership roles.
