Findings from the latest instalment of the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore conducted by the Institute of Service Excellence @ SMU (ISES) released yesterday, revealed that the overall national score in 2011 improved to 69.1 points for customer satisfaction across nine key economic sectors, up 2.8% from 2010's 67.2 points. ISES Director Caroline Lim and ISES Academic Director, Marcus Lee commented on the findings.
