Commenting on the latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSiSG) survey, which produced a five-point jump in the Attractions sub-sector score to 75.3 and helped push the overall Tourism score to 73.5 - the highest attained by the sector since CSiSG began in 2007, Caroline Lim, Director of ISES said that the data indicates that “tourists think more highly of Singapore than locals do. This could be due to new tourism infrastructure and increased offerings such as integrated resorts, F&B and retail options, to overseas visitors.
