The Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) said that although the five hotels, namely Ritz-Carlton, Shangri-La, Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Orchard and Swissotel the Stamford, which notched up scores higher than any of the other companies measured to-date this year in the CSiSG, did not register startling jump in their scores, they should be highlighted for the impressive satisfaction scores.
