Two talks on ancient silk trade routes open to interested public for free

The Lien Fung's Colloquium, “Ancient Silk Trade Routes: Cross Cultural Exchange and Legacy in Southeast Asia”, jointly organised by Lianhe Zaobao and SMU, will be held on 27 and 28 Oct.  Two sessions - a keynote address by Professor Charles Willemen, Rector, International Buddhist College, Thailand and another by Professor Lokesh Chandra, Director, International Academy of Indian Culture, New Delhi, India to be held at 6pm on 27 and 28 Oct, respectively, will be open to interested public with no admission charge.
