Scholarships to be given to potential leaders in new fields

IDA scholarship holder Kevin Chia who graduated from SIS with bachelor's and master's degrees under an accelerated programme at SMU and Carnegie Mellon University in the United States, was able to take up internships with IBM in Singapore and overseas before starting out as an official employee, and found the overseas exposure and networking opportunities useful.
