The Attorney-General's Cup debuted in 2011 and was organised by the AGC and NUS for first and second year law students in SMU and NUS. SMU was represented by five freshmen and three sophomores: Ang Kai Wen, Clayton Chong, Kenny Lau, Lin Chunlong, Ng Cheng Wei, Adnaan Noor, Al-gene Tan, and Geraldine Yeong.
This year's problems, authored by Professor Walter Woon, involved a minor's abetment of her own statutory rape, and a foreigner's abetment of the breach of the Official Secrets Act. In the Round of 16, Kai Wen, Kenny, Cheng Wei, Al-gene, and Geraldine advanced to give SMU at 5-3 lead over NUS. In the Quarter-Finals, Kenny and Geraldine advanced and the score was 7-5 in favour of SMU. Geraldine advanced to the Final with SMU leading 9-7. The final score-line was 10-9 to NUS. The SMU team was assisted by various moot coaches and SMU moot alumni.
