New award to honour firms for service excellence

A new award, the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion is the latest and more prestigious initiative of the national Go the Extra Mile for Service (GEMS) Up movement, and is organised by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) in partnership with agencies of the national GEMS Up movement – the NTUC, Spring Singapore, STB and WDA.
