Asst Prof Eugene Tan: Voters are of higher calibre

Asst Prof Eugene Tan commented that voters are now more matured and have very different mindsets from voters of the 1960s or 1970s. They no longer keep quiet when they are dissatisfied and sweeteners like flat upgrading no longer appeal to them.
