This General Elections, the SDP has been relatively quieter than the other opposition parties. Political observers think their reputation might have been affected by Dr Chee's court cases. Asst Prof Eugene Tan said that even though the SDP has been very active in the use of new media, they should walk the ground more in order to get to know their residents better.
