Asst Prof Eugene Tan feels that Kenneth Jeyaretnam, Secretary-General of Reform Party, should lead his party to contest in West Coast GRC. West Coast has not needed to be contested in the last few elections so its residents will sit up and take notice and vote carefully should there be the need to this time, he said.
