Temasek Holdings will pay a 15 billion rupiah ($2.1 million) fine after Indonesia's Supreme Court upheld a previous ruling that found that Temasek had violated the country's anti-trust laws, as two Indonesian telcos - Telkomsel and Indosat - were controlled by Temasek through its subsidiaries. Dr Bernard Lee, deputy director of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics, said: "For most of the non state-owned institutional investors, if you're basically holding MSCI Asia and you happen to have exposure to a whole bunch of companies in Indonesia, that might not be a big concern." Dr Lee further added, "However, my gut feeling is that some of the state-owned investors might actually get a little bit concerned simply because, once you get to a certain size, you can't avoid this situation,"
