Observers: revision of register means elections likely before June

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan commented that there are two sides to the coin in updating the register of voters because this could bring on board eligible voters who are either pro or anti-establishment, hence the better view to take is that it will allow more Singaporeans to come to the ballot box.
