Jayakumar likely to continue standing for elections

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan is of the view that Minister Jayakumar will continue to contest in East Coast GRC as a heavyweight is needed for this area which saw a victory of only 64% being the second worst performing GRC and also because there are rumours that MP Abdullah Tarmugi of the same GRC will be retiring from politics.
