Rising housing prices damaging to Mah Bow Tan? Probably not, say observers

Assistant Professor Eugene Tan observed that, except for former Health Minister Howe Yoon Chong's CPF policy which resulted in his 67% marginal victory against Chiam See Tong, there are no signs indicating that a ministry's policy will affect the election performance of the Minister.  In fact, many residents of Tampines have benefited from housing policies as the value of their homes have risen.
