It's up to you and me

In light of the recent conviction of ex-fugitive Mas Selamat's relatives for harbouring a prisoner of the State, Assistant Professor Eugene Tan stressed that Governments do not defeat terrorism but it is up to our society to strengthen the mortar in our defensive walls and, in doing so, deny terrorism a victory.
