Despite chalking up higher customer satisfaction ratings in 2010, Sentosa is looking to improve even further. In the latest round of results from the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSIG) compiled by the Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) at SMU, Sentosa's score improved from 67.5 in 2009 to 70.3 in 2010. The score for one of its main attractions Underwater World also climbed from 68.1 to 71.5.
