An eye for an eye leaves all blind

Student Nicholas Poon voiced his concerns following the recent saga involving two letters from SMU law students that have generated much buzz in the online community. He emphasised the freedom to voice displeasure at inappropriate comments should not amount to a licence to insult and cast condescending aspersions on individuals, as well as institutions, and that civility must prevail in the furor sparked by the letters.
