Consumer satisfaction index for Singapore's tourism and F&B industries, which has gone down for two years in a row, is now on the upswing. According to a study by the Institute of Service Excellence of the Singapore Management University (ISES), customer satisfaction index for the tourism, hotels and accommodation services sector stands at 69.3 points this year, up 2.2 points from last year. The F&B sector's was 65.1, 0.1 point up from last year's score.
