On Supreme Court's role

Ahead of a lecture he gave in April to Singapore Management University law students, Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong asked what issues he should discuss. Among others, he was told students wanted to know: What is the role of the Supreme Court of Singapore in a one-party dominant political system? How can judicial review contribute to good governance?
