Is the elections really coming? What's left to be done is the drawing of electoral boundaries

The Election Department has appointed contractors to ensure that schools which would be used for nomination day and polling day are suitable and this process is expected to take at most one month. SMU Asst Law Prof Eugene Tan agrees that this is a sign of impending elections. He says what's left to be prepared will be the stationery to be used on both days and the announcement of the electoral boundaries.
