A strong friendship with business associates was Aditi Nayak's greatest take-away from last year's SMU-Spring SMU Leaders Advanced Management Programme. She said activities such as role playing, debates, analyzing case studies and interacting with peers and professors provided valuable expertise she could not have obtained from reading theoretical business management books.
